Thats the right one. About the rest, I allready answered in the other post, if the assets are not showing in the content manager there is a download problem, but there is also the possibilty that you reached some limit. Cant say anything about that since these limits are up to your computerspecs.

Yes, if you convert a building to RICO it will no longer spawn.

You can load a building in the content editor and save a new version of it then make that new version RICO though. I did this with several houses.

Just make sure you change the name and description otherwise you will get a duplicate asset error.

I'm still a little new at this game, but I have been watching youtube videos on the Rico mod. They say u can change any building to any other catagory with it. Have not tried it yet myself. But the Rico mod is awesome. If you convert a building it will remove it from the spawn pool tho. Also it removes the thumbnail unless you go through the Find It mods interface.

This would be a great building to convert in to both office and residential. Has the look of an old building that was re-purposed.
