I don't know why it wouldn't show up in the list. I haven't played the game for ~5 years so I'm not sure if anything has changed for setup. I am sorry.

I agree items are not showing up in the game list.

They just not displaying.

After you press the "Subscribe" button, it should show up in your list in the creation editor. Then once in the game world, bring up the creation editor, load the "ISO" creation. Once loaded press the import button at the bottom right corner of the creation editor. After that, it should show up in your inventory.
