Does anyone know the name of the driveway asset for this particular building?

So are the assets listed in the previous post actually ones I need? Also, am I to assume based on the preview pic that this asset has several color variations?

There are some required assets, you forget to include in the list, or maybe its changed. I founded with the loading scree mod, it says this asset is left.

@Midnatsluskeren @Java_Sea @Aeson So, RICO is a mod which allows you to have Residential, Industrial, or Commercial function on a ploppable building. As stated by the author, this asset is designed to only work with RICO. IMO, it should be listed as a prereq. Just search the term in steam with the Mods filter on in the sidebar and it'll show up. It's a great mod!

Perhaps put in your description that the asset requires the RICO mod (I didn't know the RICO mod, so the picture meant squat for me) Otherwise, it's a no-stat white unique building which uses energy and water for no reason. NIce looking building otherwise.

I suggest that you are vigilant in checking the Land Value status and making sure the land is fully green in order to plot this.

beautiful mod, however, LOW LAND VALUE is super LOW when you plot these. In order for it to not happen, you have to have a myriad of parks and other residential surroundings for this mod to work effectively. Beautiful, nonetheless...

maybe add a level 4 version? like the previous poster, the area of my city that is loevel 5 is really very small

Is there a way to make this Level 3? Because my city is on the poorer end and their is no way I can get this house in my city without it being abandoned no matter how many parks, schools, and Police Cameras i put in the neighborhood area.

If you don't use the RICO mod, it will be a unique building with almost no stats. With RICO mod it is a Level 5 Residential building

Hey. These are great. I never seem to know when they say Rico.... are they standard growable or ploppable as park etc? Would like details as I want to use in game but without RICO. great job.
