I like this map a lot, but why does this map work perfectly well but the Long Beach Track crashes all the time?

I like the surface texture of the track. It looks nice. But there is a problem with it.
For some reason, when driving vehcies, they go notably slower than they should (like the F1 car by SGM, or the Stock Car by LW). This is most obviously noticed when on pit road; they accelerate and reach a higher top speed on pit road versus the actual race track. Interestingly, SCars seem to suffer no noticable effects. (I have not tested throughly with SCars, however.)

The seats and cars for me have no textures

The textures should all be packed into the level. If there's a missing texture somewhere tell me where it is so I can fix it.
