"go to "Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf"
Open "tf2_misc_dir.vpk" and "tf2_textures_dir.vpk" with VPKEdit or crowbar.
Extract the "materials" folder of both vpk files into "Steam\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\tf"
This will port ALL textures from TF2 to SFM. This may take a good while."
i can not make it any clearer than that.
I've used your great Model. Thanks!
Check it out if you want. :)

If i want it in gmod then i'll port it myself.
it uses the c_knife textures, if you can't see the textures in sfm then you do not have the correct textures.
The v_knife and w_knife textures are different and don't work.
as stated in the description "Note, this pack only includes the models, I assume you guys already imported all the original materials and models yourself."
Once you edited the QC file like i mentioned some time ago, a new VMT file -with whatever name you have chosen in the QC file- has to be added to the folder with all the other ones, just duplicate one and edit it.
Then, if the model is recompiled and correctly loaded in the game, you should be able to replace demomans face with your textures. (Or any other faces, depending on what vmt file the first line of the skingroups sequence is)
