@lordomacedon i mean, it is a strip club. I don't have any control over how often a building grows, that's all up to the game. I'm guessing this building is a level 1 4x4 building. When you zone an area, the game is going to spawn a 4x4 building...if there is room. It will spawn the largest building that will fit in the space. So if you only zone 3x4, 4x4's will not grown. My suggestion, zone in different sizes and not in big chunks.

I like some of your other stuff but this one is too bright and it pops up way to often for my liking unfortunately. :P

@shawnsbull lol, yeah. But this strip club is on the other side of town. My texturing skills just weren't that good at the time, so it doesn't have a grungy look to it

@kman10001bd , yeah, since it was small enough, I just made it growable, and with the search box mod, or RICO, you can just go in the settings and make it ploppable yourself
