Currently I do not know if it can be used online, but you can use it perfectly on wolfcam. You just have to download the file and place it in your installation folder of that program. Sometimes it can create some kind of conflict with other pk3 but if you rename the file .pk3 to .zip and unzip it, it would be enough to lodge the corresponding folders in your installation of wolfcam or quakelive offline.
