I see. Well, don't let me discourage you from doing some more. My first model was poorly optimised as well (too many tris). You learn as you go :) There are some guidelines here [www.skylineswiki.com] that might be helpful to you.

Hi - thank You for comment. I've noticed few other comments about file size. And here is why:
I used HD textures (4K), where .png file is about 23mb, so with building - compressed gives about 15mb. Next models are going to be at least 2-3 times smaller. It's my first part of models and I am still learning. So, to sum up - big size is because of HD textures. I'll repair it in next assets.

It looks good and I've been looking for some campus buildings, but why is the file so huge?
