sorry for the long delay since the last update. Things have been incredibly hectic for me and as such, modding took a bit of a backseat.
On to the good news, I have found a new employment, will be moving to another country for said job and after I'm settled in, I'll hopefully have the time to update the mod again.
PS. Still working on this mod but because of some personal stuff, a death in the family and other things its been going very slow over the last few weeks, my apologies for that.
If you see the ID, it should definitely be the localization file, from what other people have experienced there are 2 things you can try.
1. Reinstall the mod
2. Check if any other mod interferes with it by selectively disabling them on gamestart to find the one that is at fault, I know one user had a problem like that.
@Diabeetus: Is that problem specific to any focus in particular or does that happen with all of them? The only 2 focus that are sure-fire events are hungary and czechoslovakia, all the others have a chance to deny you, giving you a claim or a core for which you can declare war.
How exactly are they broken? Do you see the id for example: AUS_St_Stephens_Crown instead of the proper name or something else?
IN general I can only suggest the following things without knowing more. Are you using the english localization?Even the ones that seem german are in the english file and I have not translated anything yet.
Otherwise, you might have another mod that uses the localization file which would explain the discrepancy.
@Korean Man Do you have any other mods enabled? If so try running it with just this one and see how it goes. This mod overwrites the localisation files rather than adding a new one, so if you have any other mods that affect those files they won't be compatible
Next patch should finally feature some soviet action and probably a scuffle or two with the polish!
@ALL Good news on the modding front, I solved th event issues. For everyone who does modding , the game does not like events.10 to 19 it seems. I renamed them to 20+ and they work fine now, expect an update this week.
@Korean Man are you using any other mods that effect the localisation files? If so, that could be the problem. I had the same issue at first.
