another thing, the russian civil war never happens, it makes sense since they didnt lose and the war ended before 1918, but the problem is that now russia doesnt have any focuses for ww2

small issue, i was britain in 1914, rushed to getting tanks and tank divisions, and steamrolled germany, heres where the issue comes in, germany and austro-hungary capitulated in 1917 and theres no treaty of versaille and i cant do alot of my focuses

Not sure if intentional or a bug - naval dominance reduced to 1 point per ship. So even a very powerful navy with dozens of battleships and carriers doesn't go anywhere close to dominating a sea region - is this something that you can look at? Thankyou!
