If Nintendo made and sold a variant of the Legend of Zelda theme, then that would be fine. Lots of people make and sell original songs that have nothing to do with LoZ, and of course that's also fine. People also make remixes of the LoZ theme, and that's fine, as long as they don't monetize them. This Workshop entry is the modelling equivalent of taking the LoZ theme, transposing it half a key, and putting it on iTunes under the name "Legend of Link Theme".
