For those who don't know but would like to take advantage of this mod.
You can update the mods yourself by changing the version to the current one in the game.

To update the mod, go the folder :

\Steam\steamapps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2\mods\ultimate sound pack 1.9

Open mod.info with Notepad.
Replace the entire text with this text :

People, I will tell you how to update the mod yourself.
Follow the path D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2\mods\ultimate sound and there file "Mod", open it with Notepad and line {MaxGameVersion" 3.260.0"} change to {MaxGameVersion"3.262.0"}. Save and all!

So, has this mod stopped development? I mean, it's been over a year since the last update and three months since 2.0 was set to launch. I understand if you have real life things keeping from continuing, but some varification on the status of the mod would be nice.

some of tanks turret traverse is just too loud ( t34 85,m26 pershing ) would be good if next version decrease the sound, overall, really good mod : )

Please fix the m1 garand ping sound. So far it sounded like hitting a bell which is very unrealistic

@HYRD4, may I use this for a mod I'm making? I would gladly give you credit for it. This is my first time coming across your mod and after firing a bunch of guns, tanks, etc. I fell in love with the sounds.

Well mostly it's the distance. Gunshot sounds afde away very quickly when you move the camera away from them. For example: On my D-Day scenario I can't hear the german machine guns firing when I'm zoomed in on the beach, while that's only about 50 meters away. ANd just the overall volume, some gun sounds are very soft even when close by
