Try reinstalling it.

M4A4 Howl is my favorite CS:GO item. I like it better than the Dragonlore, and it is much more unique in my opinion.

As for the others, come on. We only hate when they shove it in our faces. its just 1 playermodel.

You spawned the model only not the weapon itself.
Make sure you browse through the "Weapons" tab not the "Spawnlist" tab.

Does anybody know why everytime you spawn a weapon it doesn't let you hold it and it just spawns in the air? Please reply so i can use these guns 'cause they are sick!

I get ya, while there a certainly more advanced bases out there (TFA,CW 2.0,FAS:2 etc..) M9Ks has always been there for simplicity and just generaly fun sweps to use. As for the hate comments, i like to drag them into a position where they're at a disadvantage, its quite amusing to watch haters rage sometimes XD

You're better off downloading TFA's CSGO weapon pack, it has all of the gun skins for most of the guns, and it is better than M9K.
