You can do want you want with it. i only hexed it from Gamebanana to Gmod.

Hello. I have tried friending you a few times. I noticed this addon and would like to ask for your permission to use your model for a playermodel for my CS_Helsinki map. I would do it myself but you did a great job and if I could just use this file it would save me some good time. Thanks! And please try to get back to me.
