Unfortunately everything in my city looks kinda damaged with it. It would be great if you could change the concrete, or maybe add an option, to switch between concrete styles. :)

First of all, this is just a texture pack and will cause neither lags nor something similar. I try to fix the stbility issues in the next update

For some reason, this theme makes my game crash while loading a city... and the previous version just lags to the point where the game is unplayable. Can't click on anything.
