When you stated 'route 64' in your description did you mean to say route 62 (which runs from New Albany through Gahanna to Bexley)?

In that map, first of all, I had to demolish / transfer such roads, and also increase the capacity (for example, a two-lane unilateral road to at least a 3-4 lane one-way road, also one- and two-way avenues).

If you continue to develop this city - I would very much like to have an empty city map (without the population, houses, etc.), but with a full grid of roads.
I'm a complete noob in the construction of roads - the game got only 29.04 (I'm tired of SimCity 5, in anticipation of SimCity 6 decided to buy this game having read positive reviews).
At least the map with the available roads (and not just the highway) can serve as a basis for beginners - even if I do not like something - I just rebuild to my taste. For example, I downloaded the town with roads (I can not remember the name at once), everything is fine, beautiful roads, but ... I do not know if it's realism, or the author of the town decided so, but there are quite a few intersections located in several cells from each other (The minimum distance, even one building would not stand between the roads). Because of this, despite one-way traffic on small roads, such junctions create traffic jams.
