(about the comment below) im pretty sure you just use -inscure to make the plugins work, if not then it cant work and thats just about it. VAC is just if you are hacking

I have got a question: Does this disable itself when connecting to a VAC server, or would I get banned when not using - insecure? I essentially ask about this in order to know whether or not I should install this.

Can you please give me a quick rundown on everything that is VAC related with this?

I'm afraid Sourcemod + MetaMod doesn't support L4D2.

I made all settings like show on YT / explained in readme's -- but cannot make it run.

this sourcemod version is most likely out of date anyway if he hasnt updated it since may 6th 2016, if you search a video on "installing sourcemod to your l4d2 game client" im sure something will come up in youtube

How do I add plugins ? I've downloaded 1 plugin to be able to add bot and it says taht it must be copied to the plugin folder in the sourcemod. But the problem rises because your mod is a vpk. I couldn't find the option in GCFScape to add stuff into the plugin folder. Can you help me?

If you are launched in -insecure and try to join someone elses server it will kick you off. But if there launched in -insecure too it will let you join there server...

Sorry i did not put this on here... Sourcemods server makes it harder to get on some one elses server... By launching the game with this -insecure this will allow you to use cheats and plugins. By launching the game with out -insecure stops all cheats and plugings allowing you to only use addon's...

Your not on the VAC server anymore. That is why it is saying that... Your jumping from Valve's server to Sourcemod's Server..
