i would have left this comment is one of the Discussions but valve taught it would be funny to ban me from the forms perminetly bacause i said they cant do there job.

I like the idea and think its a good concept, however it would be way to strong having the only downsides a a teleporting spy be 1 second marked for death and no clock wile active. to balance it i would say make it like all the spys other utility weapons (Big Earner, Kuni) by haveing the spy have less health as maybe as much as the Big Earner that was the health pool wont scare people away from it but it wont be as hard to kill and letting him just jump around every couple seconds with only 1 second of marked for death wouldn't be right eather, maybe have 3 seconds of marked for death on the sky that way he cant use it as a crutch unless he is willing to die for it this way the spy would need to chose his targets wisely instead of just jumping in killing and jumping out. the "Assassins Artifact" has a good name, design, and concept, but the balance issues might be fixed by this.

I LOVE THIS! if this does get into TF2, I think it need an animation for the teleportation just like the Scouts BONK! drink but this weapon is so good it needs to be added. I will litrally pay money to own this!

With the amount of work and extensive detail on this it had better make it into the game.
