@gnu+zee it's not a skyscraper by any means, but it would hardly be considered "low density" either. Either way, that's what the building theme Mod is for since their is no medium density. I have buildings like these in my suburban/low density themes so that I can zone for high density and not worry about any skyscraper residential buildings popping up.

I feel that visually the model would fit better among high-level low density residential growables. I'd be very interested in more buildings of this style with different footprints, though. It would make a kick-ass building theme this way.

Put a picture on your white picket fence please. Its very simple to do.
