I really like this map, I played on this map with eichenlaub with festung gamemode as 1 versus easy a.i. and it worked like a charm and it works a beginner map to the festung gamemode. also to add my comment on hercule coqueblock, I actually think it will be even cooler if it's in middle of the night.

I know that given this is a Sicilian based map it's unlikely but do you think that there is any chance for a winter version? cause that would be great!:steamhappy:

This map about the Allied Invasion of Sicily is very interesting. In the Italian front were many few-scale battles, ideal for the CoH tactical battle system, unfortunately there are a lack of documents about this front ( to do other historical maps...for example the battle of Gela has more historical materials )

At first, I thought it was Sittard with two rivers. But then I looked at it, and noticed at it didn't have 3 chokepoints and great defensive positions. And it was more open! Gonna try it out some time, nice map as usual.

Played this one with my daughter; she loved it (and your other maps), commented about the attention to details and your historical notes which usually lead to WW2 history discussions. A fun way to teach some history! Thanks again for your work.

Great map again! I really look forward to all the maps you release. What's really great about your work is that you can tell that a lot of thought goes behind each capture point and strategic point. Everyone knows before starting a "Bacon" map, that you're in for a real quality experience. Thanks again for your attention to detail and the frequencey in which you're able to produce such professional looking maps.
