@Cocoa - It'd be nice to have a variant without the tie to circumvent the clipping issue.

I linked his version in the description.
It doesn't have the Kurome skin however.

I'm also working on the texture for it to make ti a bit better.

Since most people use the Neptunia models for posing, and RTB already has a version with all the expressions, I decided against it.
