Well the Nanite mod works perfectly with this build

@PastateDoenial If that keeps happening, just set it up via projector and speed weld it. Actually, I think you might be able to use that newish "Spawn Projection" button at the bottom of the projector control menu to auto-finish the structure... I haven't messed with that at all though.

I try to make one of these. They all end up really small and spazzy looking. Or like a giant ring.

If the welderwall would be moving with pistons, or the projection would be moved with pistons. THAT WOULD BE GREAT. But it is not bad at all :/

Certainly this dry dock is not suitable for any size of ships. But you are Engineers, aren't you?
You can easily attach more welders and use a projector ship to print a ship out of a welder wall.
And even if some parts are missing, you can of course build the rest of the ship with a small construction vessel.

The Cerberus fits just fine with room to spare. The welders are stationary and I can't figure out how to use them to build or repair a ship any bigger than a small fighter.

I will build a bigger one, for ships like Massive Destroyers and make it build ships by an holographic System.
I dont know how long it will take.

I think KSH should add a option to the assembler that allows you to choose one of your blueprints and assemble the blocks.

The IMDC needed a structure like this beacuse in survival it´s extremely boring and slow to weld a Cerberus with a small ship or a hand welder.

Amazing, in one of my worlds I´ve made a shipyard with a base for frigates designed to be in a planet surface but this is better designed and looks cool.

it should work with the nanite fac since there's no reason it shoudn't.and thanks to JD for making this (love his ships). i also moded one with some mods and made is capeble of distroing cap ships.
