Can't you please remove Ploppable RICO as a required item? It's outdated, and those poor souls that subscribe to it, without knowing this, will get problems with their game.

I love the narrow footprint of this building. Allows me to place it in a dense skyline while still maintaining attractive lines of sight.

i can always try to re-install and see if there is a change. That has happened with a couple other assets in the shop as well. Not yours. Other than that, it's a wonderfull structure...thanks

How is it pointless? Rico is a good mod and the xml file is less than half a mb, a grain of sand in a beach of hard-drive space.

@Wild Bill : I think it must be a RICO mod related issue... the building itself (when not using the mod) is a simple unique building. The RICO mod is still in beta (but also still one of the most interesting things coming up for the game).

I know your probably not from where i'm from (Perth, Australia) but here there is alot of interesting buildings that would be fun to make or place in cities such as BHP Biliton building or Central Park or even QV1. it would just be a very big happy smile if you atleast new someone who could make it a little possible?
