I don't think it's appropriate to add this taunt inside of TF2 atmosphere, it's goofy and wacky not in the right place, and also media reference, which is not really appropriate inside of 60s timeline...

I was thinking, to make it more realistic, the engineer would have a mechanism in his hat that pulls it up, like a little forklift thingy. As the shortest merc, he could use it to make himself look tall, assert his dominance, saying stuff like "What in sam hill yer you thinking, boy?"
