It does. It's not map\campaign\replacement, you need to know basics of Serious Editor. It's resource for map makers :)

Это плохо. :\
Данный ресурс был создан для мапперов, которые выпускают всякие карты\моды.
Если хочешь - попробуй как-нибудь поискать гайдов, может затянет редактор

Serious Sam 3 Editor, подробная инструкция как сделать чтобы он поднялся из земли была написана.
Если знаете базу эдитора, а-ля как поставить врага\тому подобное, дальше поймете)

You could of just named Capra Demon after it's original name instead of Baphomet.

Go in Serious Editor, go to your map or some new place, then put Legged Character, and set needed params. Enemies can be found in Steam/steamapps/common/serious sam 3/content/serioussam3/longwaydown .
If you dont have any map to test it, or just dont know how to sed, then it's not for you, sorry to say. :s
