the UU cannot upgrade because it is not inserted into the table Unit_ClassUpgrades. Try adding the following into Units.xml:

I don't know if you are still active but there's a bug where the Flying Artillery is not able to be upgraded even after researching "Dynamite". This might be something to look into.

The stacking 10% food boost on the Supply Depot looks OP. Maybe cut it in half or add a cap? Internal trade routes are already pretty powerful as it is.

I looked at the mod. Then, because I had a few minutes and was curious if Polk was the one from Pennsylvania, I jumped onto Wikipedia to look him up. Turns out he wasn't from PA, so I looked up who was. It was Buchanan, one of the WORST least-known Presidents. Read that artice, a link caught My eye, so I read something else. Then something else. Then something else. Suddenly it was EIGHTEEN HOURS later, I knew a lot more about American History (tanj, I even learned a folk song that I can't get out of My head), and I still hadn't played one second of CivV.

Now My head hurts and I blame you. Thank you ever so much! :-)

both decisions have "TXT_KEY_....."(name and descirption) issue though they worked well.
