Use ninjaripper while ingame, if you cant, then find the head that's closest looking. Iirc, misty is head 45, isaac may be head 0 but I can't remember off the top of my head.

The heads can be morphs of each other to produce a father/mother system. Say if you have Niko's character as your father, and Misty as your mother, it would be morphs of head_043_r (Niko) and head_045_r (Misty).
