ah, you are correct Rex705. I believe its set up that way, they have there own voice to go along with their character, like Bradford going out on assignment you can't change his voice either. If your'e speaking of the 3 faction heroes you get early in the game.

Voice packs work on WoTc, very well as a matter of fact, enjoy.

Voice packs still work but only for the normal classes not the WOTC so an update would be needed. This must be hard on modders but everyone has been working hard. I have only seen 1 voice mod update so far :(

If you get the time I would love to see your voice mods updated.

This is my favorite voice pack I've downloaded yet. There's so much variety, after several campaigns I'm still hearing new stuff. It fits perfect and really adds personality to the soldier it's assigned to.

Yeah, it seems like Firaxis either didn't set ModBuddy up to not put the entire file in, or they forgot to include instructions for how to avoid having ModBuddy put the file in.

Thanks a lot for pointing this out, this is pretty bad. Apparently it's a known issue with voice packs. Fixed for new subscribers, but current subscribers may need to manually delete the file -

steamapps\workshop\content\268500 and delete the voice pack related _ModShaderCache files

There's a modshadercache.upk file in the mod that needs to go. It serves no purpose for a voice mod, and adversely affects performance, while also taking up nearly 90 MB of space.
