LenZi idk if you fixed your problem yet but you can use this edit of enhanced playermodel selector to choose a model and also choose separate hands i.e you can use a css with combine hands

Lays Potato Chips Yeah im trying to find something that replaces citizen hands with something else because I have these cool playermodels with no c_hands and Im sick of seeing civilian hands. Im surprised that there are no addons that replace civilian hands given how old this game is. Everything is just css rip

Anyone else wish there was a mod that changed the default citizens hands so they were gloves instead of hands.
