If I could give some critique, I think the model is beautiful but I'm not a big fan of how cartoon blue the windows are.

As boformer said Building Themes is the way to go to stop the default from spawning. Replacing the old one is beyond my skills, but eventually (hopefully) we should have a pack/mod that does replace the vanilla buildings so they look good ;)

The original is a L1 building. With the Building Themes cloning feature, you can create a L1 clone and make it replace the vanilla building.

Nice work! To all the subscribers: Note that this asset got an entirely new texture, and the model was mirrored. So it's not just a simple reupload of a vanilla asset.
