You can download Gmad Extractor and tear the file apart. It will give you the original pics. Once you do that, just remove it out and add them to your backgrounds folder in garry's mod.

For the gun I believe it was CS:GO weapons, of course for the black hawk, WAC helicopters, then the models were vipers models or something like that.
