Lol no, Delta uses way more than just Multicam. They have all Multicam variants(unsure about Alpine, but they do the rest) and they were seen with AOR1. Lower tier units also were seen with Ranger Green(SF in particular), so I guess they have it too. There are also personally bought uniforms. Delta doesn't appear too much on photos so there aren't many references.
SEALs don't go undercover. If anything, vanilla SEALs mainly go around, kick doors and kill people. DEVGRU and Delta both have undercover capabilities(not on actual intelligence operative level, but they can go undercover), and vanilla SEALs, SF, etc. have limited undercover capabilities, if any. Still, ST6 and CAG don't 'usually go undercover', they mainly do direct action, hostage rescue, recon/SR, etc. as far as I know.

The delta force uses multicam. and Navy seals usually go undercover. and for what You mabye can make can You make a Russian Mod? For the insurgents, because the best one has been deleted. and I kinda felt bored for awhile
