I drive over this bridge weekly
Ricke3661 7.7.2021 klo 10.05
nice work on this bridge, lights up at night, had no issue with placing it and road snapped to it, no adjusting.
Katoendraad 1.4.2021 klo 1.20
@paletine have you tried it with mods like Move It, Fine Road Tool or Fine Road Anarchy to change the elavation and heights of your roads? I also use Procedural Objects to nail my bridge to the desired height without adjusting itself.
palatine 27.3.2021 klo 21.38
I like the look of the bridge, but I can't get my roads to level on it. Aside from getting issues with space is taken or whatever the error is, if I do manage to get a road to somehow span the bridge, it ends up lowering below the bridge level. The bridge adjusts its height above the road.. Any tips on getting the roads to run along at bridge level?

Any chance we can get a double-decker version?
GamerFrog 29.8.2020 klo 20.03

ezanrki 25.7.2020 klo 2.52
Beautiful bridge, any chance of getting a better LOD? The trusses on the bridge disappear as soon as I zoom out :(

jbar1387 21.8.2016 klo 13.14
to get the bridge to light up you need to connect it to an electricity source-denni
alperen2406 17.8.2016 klo 16.30

I'm sorry I don't really have time to do that. Very busy with real life work at the moment.
trifflistic 26.4.2016 klo 5.47
would it be possible to create a prop version without the pillars below, so it could be placed on any road w/ road anarchy and prop & tree anarchy mods? Beautiful asset btw. Thank you.

@FoX Use a terraform mod like extra landscaping to raise the land up where you want the bridge then lower the land back down. Do it all on pause and I don't think the game will recognise the land. if it does put a small water source on top then un pause for a sec to let the water spread.
It may cause the bridge to float though but it won't probably be noticeable. If it is try some large rock props to cover that. I think prop anarchy lets you put props in water but if not theres a mod tht does that on the workshop but I forget what its called
Lux 15.2.2016 klo 14.15
excellent work!
FoX 15.2.2016 klo 11.33
Hi Shroomblaze, is ist posible to make the hight variable? Or is it a standard static Pillarmaß?
All Ships have a Kollision with the Bridge :(
freekinoutman 15.2.2016 klo 9.46
Baldrick, I love the Stone Arch Bridge idea, the Hennepin Ave Bridge would be cool too. And it might not be historic but the Guthrie is definitely iconic in Minnepolis, that would be a sweet building to have in my cities.
agusingnavy 15.2.2016 klo 8.51
Hey Shroom, ckeck the SJA comments section on how to enable anarchy for all tools.
RyRy 14.2.2016 klo 16.28
How do u put roads on it?
Baldrick 14.2.2016 klo 14.19
Bravo Shroomblaze!

Other picturesque architecture along that stretch of the Mississippi river include the Stone Arch Bridge, originally a railroad, now pedestrian/biking bridge, consisting of 21 stone arch spans completed in 1883 by railroad tycoon James J. Hill.

The bridge is incredibly beautiful when the arches are illuminated at night, especially from the cantilevered balcony at the Guthrie Theater.

If you canoe down the Mississippi just a short way you pass by the Witch's Hat Water Tower, completed in 1914. The water tower is perched up on top of a bluff looking over the Mississippi river. The water tower is listed in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Some people believe this water tower inspired Bob Dylan to later write "All Along the Watchtower", brilliantly performed by Jimi Hendrix.

I encourage everyone to look at pictures of these sites when they get a chance.

Fantastic- we need more bridges!
Leo Mystic Magic  [tekijä] 10.2.2016 klo 21.55
Yea @agusingnavy NoPillars is enough actually. If you have Network skins it hides the NoPillars option I realize now. So I will change the requirements to NoPillars only.

@Riptide I got the different colors using a color map. You can do some pretty cool tricks if you use the right colors as the base for the diffuse.

@Everyone Else Thanks for the comments, more cool stuff coming in the future! :chirp:

Captain NO, the Brooklyn Bridge is older than the Oberbaumbrücke.. and was the first steel wire suspension bridge in the world. It was, however, designed by a German immigrant and his son, so you can be proud of that ;)
