Maybe, sometimes game cache's will get corrupted and things do not work correctly. If that fails you will have to pass on this addon or get Half Life 2 (it is an awesome game, I highly recommend it to anyone).

ahh, Cause i don't have half life 2, but Gmod has it. so i have to verify my cache in order to correct the model?

@Kris120194: This addon utilizes Half Life 2 models, but that should all be in the base Garrysmod. Try verifying the game cache for Gmod.
