raise/lower only

Does the crane itself move (around the garage)? Or does it just raise/lower to access underneath the vehicle?

Its just an old creation from an old station I've made. Its designed just to lift a small vehicle. It has landing gears to let you place it inside a small garage.

What does it do?
Lift sections of vehicles around?
What is general load capacity? Does it operate from a track?
