It seems that the Public Transport part is not working anymore (Except Postalservice)
I'm not able to find the reason why this part is not overridden by code.

Hello. I think It have some issues with airport new DLC. Actually, transport fees doesn't work

hmm... it works, just not correctly, i would put 0% fee for transportation, and unfortunately it still says i have to pay the fees it was a good mod while it lasted :)

@chineseheng18 : Maintenance Fees should be compatible with Mass Transit.
Anyway, as soon as I have the new DLC, I will see about the fees for the new transportation system.

Added two tabs and moved the public transport to the second tab. There you are able to set the costs by different transport types. Added tooltips for the sliders, so that you can see the actual value in percentage.

Excelent mod, I appreciate. But, can you add parks, monuments and wonders fees to the list. That would be very nice, making the mod a full management tool.
