recently subscribed to the route and i have all the requirements (riviera and woodhead line) but the route looks terrible for me and doesnt fit the description of what everyone is giving and videos ive seen of this line

well done this man a lot of work indeed but what an effort and what a result you should be proud of yourself a first class line i loved driving it thank you very much

I have tried to edit the route and creat free roam scenario in editor mod but rout is all blacked out and glitchy there ffs , I know you probaly spent alot of time doing this route and applaud that but come on releasing something thas totaly messed up yeesh

I know it called Penistone Line but be nice if we had the brench to Wakefield Kirkgate, Castleford and Leeds

Is this still WIP? I have some missing under bridges and tunnel entrances between Huddersfield - Penistone. I created a little scenario but then realised the route is not final yet.

I love this route, but what I find slightly annoying is that you can only start from Sheffield. Make starting points from Huddersfield, Barnsley and maybe even Meadowhall.

I think some speed signs are missing.

I've only had a look on Workshop. Haven't got it yet but looks fabulous

This may have been asked already but is the required dlc is whats just listed in the required dlc section on the right hand side or is every bit of dlc thats listed in the tags section as well?

Anyone have a problem where the drive and buy add-ons buttons are both greyed out?

I recommend using a Class 142 or 144 (143 reskin).

This route is absolutely fantastic! Been driving it for days with the new AP Class 150/1 Enhancement pack! Really an absolute pleasure to drive! Well done!

just drove this route full love it great work

Done as recommended and drove a Class 47 with 5 MkII to Huddersfield Platform 4. Just run the locomotive around via Platform 8 and now ready to return to Sheffield.
Great work done here and recognised everywhere I knew and really got it good between Brockholes and Huddersfield.
I hope someone writes more scenarios for this line and North Trans-Pennine route is made between Manchester and Leeds now!

@Divine @AngloYorkshire I've had a couple of people with this issue. For them it was fixed by going into route editor and creating a free roam scenario :)

I can't get further than Barnsley either!

Can I ask, how do you get passed Barnsley? You can't go to Huddersfield.

@Morgiman all the DLC you need are listed in the side panel on the Workshop. Most user created routes will need extra ones as it's difficult to build a route with limited assets. I have tried to keep the DLC requirments to a minimum.

There`s no textures or models :( Same applies to other lines which were put on the steam workshop. Do I need any addons?

@Morgiman what is messed up? I've not had any other reports of people having problems with it

@Judoka, I've considered doing branch lines, however there were so many involved that it would take an eternity! The original line also followed the main woodhead route when it reached Penistone as it terminated at Sheffield Victoria station originally, and the current route follows an old freight line.

@iamhankham - istudios I can't find a link anywhere and I've trawled the web over and over! I do still have the original downloaded zip file so if you drop me a message I'll work out a way of getting it to you :)
