(Had to carry this over due to character limits, sorry about that.)
But this is just the rambling of a mid-tier lore nerd. Take it as you will, I just thought it would add a neat strategic element to a game relatively lacking in-depth features like what other Civ games have.
The more Towers that exist in the world increases this bonus by an extra 5% of said resource per Tower, and you cannot build more than one Tower in the same city. You can be richly rewarded for being able to build them all, but you gain more of something based on which Towers you have from some sort of Aurbic prosperity.
And a slight unimportant thought though? Castle Karstaag is in ruins in Dragonborn, but fully stands in Bloodmoon.
Currently, my concept involves teaching shouts to Generals and Prophets. Still needs a lot of work, though!
I do nothing with coal
It did not crash and they all showed up in the buildable list - so far so good!
But I soon noticed a strange effect - all coal deposits had been removed from the map. Why coal? Not important just a curiosity.
Militiristic allies can gift dragons do not count against limit?

I’m still at Skyrim, WGT is in the plans. Not sure about the priory, it’s a possibility though!
