Because SR:HK is still not the *definitive* SR experience, sadly. HBS had their chance to do that with the final "ultimate" release, but ignored pleas by customers to do so. SR:HK has a ton of content cut from the originals, only some of which (like these drones) can be re-enabled. Some things like certain models or all the previous music was removed completely. :(

Why did SR:HK take these away. We should be droning up in HK, not down.
