I like this building but I need to unsub. Because it's set to L2 it spawns in places where I have the highrise ban in effect.

I agree with Dread. This would make a wonderful hotel for tourism -- if not a hotel, then a larger level of high residential than 2. Other than that, the building itself looks great!
