Needs an animation of him popping off the cap, and maybe an animation that doesn't send it through his nose. Other than that very good and not popular enough.

Kind of reminds me of old Aperture Science in terms of design. Anyway this would certainly add to the time setting of TF2. Probably would have radioactivity just like the official Bonk.

Level 100 Radioactive Liquid
Ingredients: Radioactive waste, some stuff we found in the sewers, water, and sugar
Functions similar to Bonk! Atomic Punch, but now you can use melee weapons and kill taunts and lasts 8 seconds longer, but at the cost of a 60-second period before it can be used again
