flags in the middle? also fix the winter outfits not showing for the units

Necro, but he meant different soldier models. As in, winter tech and soldiers in winter uniforms implemented.

Many winter maps just throw the basic summer models in flecktarn onto the snow and it's annoying as duck.

well on the winter map wehmarch and soviet soildier will have different portrait from summer map

winter? like add snow, blizzards, and winter stuff? not sure what u mean by portraits tho xD
