Yes, they randomly spawn across the world. The Fluyt is set to high level so you have to look in some higher level regions to find them. The Carrack is a bit lower level and are more common. When killing a ship there is a 10% chance of obtaining the blueprint.

i have added the fluyt and carrack like you instructed, where do you find blue prints are they random drops?

i will have to this for all the ships then separately, make txt files(copy from textuploader) and copy from Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content into documents-winyard-ships folder

If you added the new ship to your world, you can have an unlimited amount of ships. If you use the mod by only subscribing it replaces one of the excisting ships in-game. If you added the ship to your world you have to find it in your world to get the blueprint just like any other ship in the game.

and does it work to have multiple ships at same time, or only 1 at a time

they seem to show up as mods when i subscribe ingame, so how do you find em, cant buy in towns?

Just try to search Brigantine.bytes in the search bar when you are in the content folder

The first command will work for any ship that I followed the instructions for, but not a single /set command for the .TXT files would work, and as a result none of the ships show up.

I followed instructions to the letter. The command /upload Ships/Fluyt.bytes works, I get a successful upload message. However, when I enter the command /set Ships/Fluyt.txt, it doesn't work. I get an error message that it was unable to do so.

I have tried it with the mod enabled. I have tried it with the mod disabled. I have tried it in a new game, and I have tried it in my main game.

I can't make mods very well since I'm a terrible programmer. I can add ships though since I don't need much programming for that. the Black Pearl is sort of already in the game since it is a galleon.

Just follow the description. After that you should just find the ship and sink it several times to get the blueprint like other ships.

I followed your instruccion about adding the ship. but then i went to buy it ( changing from a frigate to a fluyt), but after I bought the ship, the frigate dissaspear and i am left with nothing ( no ship ).
