The skin looks incredible but the color template hurts my eyes.
Other than that last detail, good job.
(I'd put an Undertale emote here, but the only one I have is Sad Toriel, and I don't want to use that)

i was Thinking of the annoying dog would be cute but lesser would work too yeah i figured that with the size change for sans.<3 but itd be soo cool<3 i have pretty much everyone almost undyne pap mettaton <3 and how hard would that be to make him a little shorter? im actually cuirious i dont think people would mind to much if he was a little taller but ethier way itd be super awesome

I haven't made a mod for this game in a bit so i'm not really sure about making other characters.
You'd have to specify what dog, and Sans would have to go through some sort of size change because of how short he is.
So about a 50 / 50.
