give it just barely enough equipment points to equip the twin guns.

This thing is a fun challenge: Extemely fragile with only mediocre stats across the board. At least it still gets handling on par with the Rogue.

Though I have to ask why it has the Rogue's carrying capacity. I figure that it's most likely because players were never meant to fly it themselves. At any rate, I think it would be even more "Hardcore mode" if it had the Payload capacity of a Falke, but the Avionics capacity of a Kondor.
