Oh, I just realized I completely ignored Norman's other question. Unfortunately, the Creation lot is account bound. It is impossible to run it without the game it corresponds to because it runs off of files installed during the games install.

ok dale update just got creation kit wen to bethesdas mod site and installed the update for my bethesda.net launcher and skyre se kit was added so its free as long as you own the the game and david any way i could senfd you the kit or is it account bound? would love to help out if i could

I don't know, maybe. It depends on if I can get my hands on the Special Edituon Creation Kit. As it is, I think i have to buy it first, just like with standard Skyrim.

sounds awesome if you like Sao mods like this you should try one of the music replacers because the one i got works like normal skyrim sioundtrack playing it will change music in dungeons and exploration and even time of day + more i also enjoy your mod but maybe you should try the custom voices for the npc's to make it sound a bit better

That already exists, just not on Steam. There are Save File Downloads on Nexus that tell you what mods to get, then install it and run the save and you look exactly like a character with a bunch of relevant mods
