@Giga Phoenix, I have seen a couple other super hero civs on here, in particular Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman I think. They're actually what inspired me to make these mods! But, I don't think I've seen the Flash. Maybe you saw my standalone version of the Flash? Or there is another Flash and I haven't looked in this games Workshop in forever, haha.

...Didn't we already have Flash Civ? But I do remeber it being differnt from this too.

@mikevarn the Watchtower still requires that the city have an Arsenal built. It's not a bug, and it should be all over the help text and civilopedia; let me know if it's not. Also, let me know if it's not working even with the Arsenal.

Play note: Playing Martian Manhunter, but when I arrived at Tech Replacable Parts, the Watchtower was not available for build. Also not availble even with complete Modern Era. Since it was most interesting element of MM, please fix. Even so, these mods are terrific.
