This mod doesn't let me craft it even after having learned the engram.

I had to just spawn it in with the cheat command. Then it worked great!

Also seems to shoot white flares for me btw.

this mod is awesome. can you please make these flare guns unstackable, or only stack with their color? right now flareguns tend to stack and all turn into the color of the gun they stack on. thanks in advance

@Clamchowder This is a vanilla issue with flares. Had this problem for a while now on the server I play on, which has no mods at all. If I fired a flare, some of the players would see it floating there until they left the area or relogged.

@Judqment8 We are seeing problems with the flare leaving a glow behind now since the new patch, maybe you are already aware, and I know you probably can't even look at it until the devkit comes out.

v1.1 - Reworked the mod completely. Now it's only one Flare Gun which you can color with dyes.

I agree with the comments of reduced light radius.. Disappointed as this can't be a replacement of the default single use flare. Hope to see a correction or a seperate brighter mods for infinite flares. Cool that you change colors.

hey Judqment8 rather good mod idea but why not simply make the flare gun a regular flare that we can customize ourselves? light radius could be improved but otherwise good mod!

Great for signaling other players, but the reduced light radus makes it nearly usless for lighting up the surrounding area.

Nice mod - though vanilla flares have color variation. Just dye them. Has worked, since forever. This mod, by comparison, would have far *less* color variation.

Seeing as how grappling hooks are also 1 time use items, do you think you could make an infinite grappling hook mod? Would work very similar to your infinite flare mod, use one get one.

Could you make the light levels adjustable? I would very much enjoy if I could turn up the brightness of the flares. I dislike how feeble the light they put out is.

would be cool if there was something like this, but with a hard recipe, that degraded over time like a pickaxe for example, before you had to repair it. Wouldn't be as OP that way xd

ummmm u can put black dye on a flare gun to make it white, red dye for red flare, blue, yellow, etc.

Love this mod since flare guns are too over-priced to be used like they should. I was wondering if you'd be willing to release a version of this with the light intensity the same but the radius like the vanilla ones?

Seems to have fixed itself after a while. Haven't had it happen again. It may be the global decomp time or it may have just been a fluke. Either way, I'll keep using it becuase flares!

@Dominatify: Have you tried in single-player? I've never experienced that, our spoiling time is set to 2x. Also we are using the guns quite much :D

Thanks for this mate, it's brilliant. Quick question for anyone using this, has anyone had the flare itself persist on the ground for hours? They don't seem to be despawning and I'm guessing it's a conflict somewhere with spoil times. Ours are set rather high.
