So people who have spent more than 10 years trying to figure out what this mod is for: this mod is not a weapon. when you fall and land on top of an npc you kill them with a stomp. It's not touching a button, it just fall on top of an npc and you kill him with a stomp.
and to deactivate it just deactivate the mod and that's it
