All your buildings are growing now - excellent work :)

I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

If it is any consolation - the models themselves are amazing - so thank you.
Just need someone to make a comprehensive set of UK looking High Density Commercial properies. The "European" ones look continental (scandanavian) and the International one are Japanese. We need a set more in keeping with the UK - but don't look at me.... :-)

Seems to load ok now - so now to fix the rest of the collection ;-)

I've created a new version of the crp file without any mods active to see if there's any difference.
Let me know if this solves the spawning issue.

The problems with your assets is due to the Building Simulation Overhaul mod by nohealforyou. The error messages I get clearly point to this mod and If I enable this mod then your assets grow. This mod has inserted crap into the asset so they won't load if you don't have this mod enabled. Not sure how to clean them up though. Hope to see these buildings back in my city soon as they're awesome.

I think these problems might be caused by autosave in the asset editor. That is breaking my assets in the same way as these ones are broken anyway....

Sorry guys, this way beyond my knowledge. I'll save a new version when I can and update it to see if that helps.

Having problems, as well. Thought it was the theme mod, but now I think it is in the asset itself.

consrantijn i had have same ptoblems with other buildings that have been made ad ready .

for some reason since this asset and terrace housing 2 L4 and L5 have been updated, they aren´t able to load. Is anyone having this problem?
